Shipping Charges & Shipping Policies
Shipping Charges: Shipping charges are calculated by the shopping cart system. To calculate shipping charges, please add items to your cart and Shipping will be calculated automatically.
Ship-To Locations: We ship within the lower 48 contiguous United States and now ship to Canada.
Ship-From Location: Double K products we ship from two locations to offer better service .
Shipping Methods: Items are shipped through USPS ground. If you need faster service please contact us we will be glad to meet your needs. Shipping Times: Items typically ship within the next business day after placing your order. Please allow 7 to 10 days (5 to 7 business days) for your order to arrive, although most shipments take less than the 7 to 10 days.
Return Period: Items ordered may be returned within 30 days of receipt with few exceptions. We will provide a full refund on the product price. Please contact us before returning any items so that we may provide proper return instructions. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
Return Exceptions: Electrical repair parts are not returnable.
Condition of Returned Items: Customer is responsible for insuring any return shipments and that they are packaged to prevent damage. If the damage or missing packaging â„ parts is severe enough, we may elect to decline a refund at our discretion.

To process your order, we ask for address information, telephone number, fax number, email address, and credit card information. This information is used to complete your order and is never shared with, sold to, or rented to third parties except to complete the order. We never use this information to send you unsolicited email. We may contact you regarding your order if we have questions or problems with the shipment.
Canceling Your Order: We are committed to quickly processing and shipping your order. Due to that commitment, we are often unable to change or cancel orders once they are placed. We will do our best to assist you if there are problems with your order, but we can make no guarantees.
There are no Sales Taxes as we are located in New Hampshire.
Chemicals can only be shipped ground, not air.
We do not charge a minimum order fee .
We do not accept COD orders.
Returned check fee of $20.
1% per month interest charged on balances over 30 days.
